Cortisone injection medical screening and consent

Patients who wish to be considered for an injection at their first appointment should contact the clinic for an initial clinical screening and prescription arrangements.

£50 prescription fee: payable in advance after the clinic has confirmed the appropriate pathway. This is not an appointment deposit and does not guarantee injection treatment.

Complete cortisone questionnaire and consent

The £95 (subject to availability) assessment and any injection treatment charges are separate. A first-visit injection depends on suitability, prescribing, medicine availability and informed consent.
