Need a clear diagnosis and plan?
We combine clinical assessment, diagnostic ultrasound where appropriate, and a practical treatment pathway designed to get you moving with confidence.

Why accuracy matters

Some larger joints can be injected using landmark techniques, but many peripheral musculoskeletal targets are easier to hit consistently under ultrasound. Guidance becomes especially valuable when previous injections have failed, anatomy is less straightforward, or nearby structures must be protected.

Advantages of ultrasound guidance

  • See the target tissue and surrounding anatomy.
  • Guide the needle in real time.
  • Improve confidence in where medication is actually delivered.

What image guidance does not do

Ultrasound guidance improves targeting, but it cannot rescue the wrong diagnosis or replace rehabilitation. Accuracy helps most when it is combined with sound clinical reasoning.

When we recommend guided injection strongly

  • Small or anatomically sensitive targets.
  • Failed previous blind injection.
  • Need for diagnostic clarity and needle-path control.
