How to use this hub
If your pain is mainly on the inside of the knee, pages such as MCL injury, pes anserine bursitis and meniscal tear are usually the most relevant starting points. If pain sits at the front of the knee, patellofemoral pain, fat pad impingement and chondromalacia patella are often better fits.
If the knee feels swollen, stiff or arthritic, start with knee osteoarthritis and the knee injection guide. The goal is not to self-diagnose perfectly, but to reach the closest clinically useful page and then book the right next step if needed.
Speak to a specialist today
If pain is affecting sleep, walking, sport, work or confidence, the next step is usually a clear diagnosis rather than more guesswork. We offer physiotherapy, diagnostic ultrasound and image-guided injection pathways across our MSK clinics.
